ADDING A NEW EMPLOYEE AND THE SSN DIDN'T PULL UP THE EMPLOYEE NAME.
Answer in detail:
If the name doesn�t match the SSN you have or the SSN isn�t in the system. You can click on No Match and add an Unidentified employee and then an the case information to process payments. Our office will receive this information and fix the problem on ISETS. We will then contact you to UPDATE the Unidentified employee and case.
