BANK ACCOUNT INFO NEEDS CHANGED??

Sign on, click on Regular Payments then on the left in the blue area click on Maintain Employer. If you have sub-companies you will get a list of companies, pick the one you wish to change the Bank Account info on. Scroll towards the bottom of the screen and click on ADD next to the Bank Account Information. Put in the Routing number of the Bank. This should pull up the Bank information screen. Pick your Bank (location doesn�t matter) and click on submit. Add your Bank account number, pick checking or savings, put in the Bank telephone number and click on submit. The updated Terms of Agreement should appear, scroll to the bottom to print it. Sign last signature field and then Fax it to 317-234-2618. You will not be able to verify any payments until the State Child Support Bureau verifies your account information. You can only make this change after your last payment from your old account posts.
