PASSWORD CHANGES??
Answer in detail:For security reasons the Website will ask you to change your password on both IDs every 30 days. The password can be the same on both IDs but when you change one it doesn�t automatically change the other. You cannot use the same ID that you have used in the last five passwords.
If you try to sign on and the system tells you someone is already logged on, wait 15 minutes and try again.
If you try to logon 3 times and are unsuccessful the system will lock you out and you will have to contact our office.
