How is a holiday bonus treated?
Answer in detail:If an employee owes child support arrearages on a IVD case, the entire holiday bonus or the total of the child support arrearage is to be deducted, whichever is the lessor. To obtain the arrearage amount and to verify the case is a IVD case you may email The Employer Maintenance Unit at [email protected] or call the county prosecutor's office.
